Hi, I'm Lana.

I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Career & Communication Coach, and Certified Holistic Coach. I help professionals communicate with confidence, navigate career and life transitions, and make decisions that align with who they are and where they want to go.

My background spans more than two decades across journalism, marketing, communications, startups, and coaching. Whether someone is preparing for a leadership role, navigating a career transition, rebuilding confidence after a setback, or searching for greater clarity, my coaching blends practical strategy with deep self-awareness.

Like many of my clients, I've experienced seasons of feeling stuck, uncertain, and disconnected from my own inner voice. For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to take—earning degrees, building a successful career, and meeting other people's expectations—before realizing that the most meaningful decisions came when I learned to trust myself.

That experience shapes the way I coach today.

My approach is both grounded and intuitive. We work on the practical skills that create change—communication, confidence, leadership, decision-making, and accountability—while also exploring the deeper patterns, beliefs, and stories that may be holding you back. When it feels supportive, I also integrate intuitive practices to help clients reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

I don't believe you need to become someone else to create a fulfilling career or life. More often, the work is remembering who you already are, communicating that with confidence, and taking aligned action.
